PulpFor 2026 will take place on November 10–12, 2026, at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg, Pavilion E.
The exhibition has been rescheduled due to a high-level state event taking place at EXPOFORUM during the originally planned dates, which has required an adjustment to the venue schedule.
The circumstances are beyond the control of the Organizer.
PulpFor 2026 will take place in full
The change concerns the exhibition dates and pavilion. The format and scale of PulpFor 2026 remain unchanged, and the Organizer’s commitments to exhibitors and partners remain in force.
Preparations are continuing across all areas of the exhibition, including the business program, invited delegations, participation of industry and government representatives, technical organization and exhibitor services.
The exhibition will now be held in Pavilion E, which provides modern exhibition infrastructure, convenient logistics and facilities for both the exhibition and its business program.
Additional resources directed toward visitors and promotion
Following the rescheduling, the Organizer has strengthened the promotion and visitor attraction campaign for PulpFor 2026.
The main priority is to preserve the business value of participation for exhibitors and ensure a strong professional audience at the exhibition.
The updated campaign will cover PulpFor’s professional visitor database, pulp and paper mills, converters, industrial and engineering companies, industry associations, specialized media and invited delegations.
Direct communication with visitors is also being expanded to ensure that the professional audience is informed about the new dates and has sufficient time to adjust its plans.
At the same time, the PulpFor team is coordinating the transition with exhibitors, contractors, partners, associations, media and EXPOFORUM. Updated technical and logistical information related to Pavilion E will be provided to participants separately.
New dates create additional industrial networking opportunities
The new dates of PulpFor coincide with Metal-Expo, another major industrial exhibition taking place in St. Petersburg during the same period.
While the two exhibitions serve different industries, their audiences include overlapping groups of industrial enterprises, engineering companies, equipment manufacturers, technical specialists, procurement professionals and senior decision-makers.
This concentration of major industrial events in St. Petersburg may create additional opportunities for professional networking and cross-industry business contacts.
